Preparing Frutcha
Warm Frutcha Drink: Add 1 sachet of Frutcha to a cup with 100 ml of warm water (max. 70°C) and mix well. For a milder taste, add a teaspoon of honey or lemon juice. (Perfect for Frutcha Kick)
Refreshing Frutcha Smoothie: Mix 1 sachet of Frutcha with 100 ml of cold water, shake or blend well. For extra refreshment, add ice, lemon slices, or mint.
Delicious Frutcha Lemonade: Mix 1 sachet of Frutcha with 200 ml of cold water, shake or blend well. For extra refreshment, add ice, lemon slices, or mint.
Frutcha Latte: Froth and heat 200 ml of plant-based milk in a milk frother. Pour into a glass. Froth 100 ml of milk again with 1 sachet of Frutcha and blend before pouring over the foamed milk. Sweeten with honey or add a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
Frutcha Drink with Protein: Blend 1 sachet of Frutcha with 150 ml of water or plant-based milk and 1 scoop of plant-based protein. For a creamier texture, add half a banana or a teaspoon of nut butter. You can also add fruits of your choice.
Frutcha as a Topping for Porridge: Prepare oatmeal or rice porridge and sprinkle 1/2 sachet of Frutcha over it before serving. Combine with nuts, seeds, or fruit for extra flavor and nutrition.
Frutcha in Yogurt: Mix 1 sachet of Frutcha with a bowl of plain yogurt (plant-based or regular) and stir well. Add granola or fresh fruit for a wholesome snack.
Frutcha in Recipes: Frutcha can be used as an ingredient in smoothies, raw bars, desserts, or homemade energy balls. Simply add 1 sachet to the mixture and blend well.
