We operate an e-shop on the websites www.frutcha.com and www.frutcha.cz.
To provide our services, sell goods, and operate our websites, we process some personal data.

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details provided, mainly through the inquiry form. This includes name, surname, company, phone number, address, and email.

We use this information to contact you regarding your inquiry about our goods and services.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR – contract negotiation, i.e., taking steps before concluding a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If no further cooperation follows, your data will be processed for up to 2 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data when making a purchase
If you make a purchase, we will process the data you provide. This includes billing details such as name, surname, address, email, and phone number.
Why?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver the goods or services to you. We also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, returns, or inquiries.
Additionally, personal data is processed to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, handling complaints, etc.).
Legal basis?
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR – contract fulfillment and Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR – fulfilling our legal obligations.
How long will we process personal data?
During the fulfillment of our service and for up to 2 years after the last service provision or goods delivery.
C. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send our updates.
Legal basis?
We are allowed to do this under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided you have not opted out during purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe anytime via email or contact us at info@frutcha.com.
II. Who has access to the data?
Your data remains with us. However, some companies or individuals work with us and may access the data to help run our e-shop. These include:
- Shoptet e-commerce platform provider (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675)
- Logistics companies for order fulfillment: Dextrum Fulfillment, Packeta, PPL, DHL, Czech Post, and other contractual carriers
- Payment processing companies: Comgate
- Email marketing provider: Ecomail
Personal data is processed only within the European Union.

We do not have a designated data protection officer.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place in our company.
